生平第一次吃。。。

误诊！

上个周六我哥哥突然满脸长满了红点，起初还以为是皮肤敏感，就到宏茂桥的一间诊所就诊，这位医生就说是因为细菌感染，配了一星期的antibiotic给他服用。可是情况并没好转，今天早上便到后港的另一间诊所就诊。

这位医生更厉害了，我哥哥还来不及说什么，她便拿了一叠照片，告诉我哥他的情况和照片的一样——是发热，所以长满了青春痘。我哥说不可能一夜间会有那么多青春痘，可是这位医生一直坚守她的‘原则’。后来就配了三星期的steriod让他服用。天啊，steriod吃多了是会有后遗症的！

我告诉我哥不可能是青春痘，要他到AMK Community Hospital寻求2nd opinion，这医生一看见我哥，就诊断出他是出水痘，而不是青春痘！这位医生还告诉我哥他可到medical association 投诉这两位医生。

我非常生气，立刻打电到后港的这间诊所责问这位医生！他们知道错了，便说会退还钱给我哥。

我觉得这不在于退不退还钱的问题，而是这两位医生太没道德了！人命关天，怎么可以胡乱配药呢？太过分了！

下一次若你生病了，而觉得医生诊断得不对，记得要寻求2nd opinion...

店小二

刚才在'店小二'用过晚餐，现在饱得有点睡不着。。。其实还吃了一道十全烤鸭，不过忘了把它拍下来。我还是比较喜欢吃'三盅两件'的山水鸡，怎么吃都吃不腻....

He is Jerald Guid, living in Philippines. He has been my sponsored child since Year 2003, isn't him adorable? Well, now that his parents are better off, it's time that I have to part with him. I'm feeling quite sad but then, I'm happy to know that he's in the good hands of his parents.

我看了Pirates of the Caribbean

昨晚看了这部电影，觉得没上一集好看，而且故事情节有点拖拖拉拉。因为知道在电影结束后会交待男女主角的剧情，我和我的朋友便留下来瞧一瞧。。。没想到这一等，便需要大约十分钟的时间，我的朋友还开玩的说这部电影并不是太多人演，为何会出现那么多的名字，真是让我啼笑皆非。这一等就为了那几十秒的剧情，而我只有一个感想 ——多余也。。。

If You've Seen Him...

If you're living in Yishun area, perhaps you'll see this uncle in Chong Pang Market. Other than going there for his lunch, he is there to pick up empty cans. He literally travels from his house to the market all by himself, which I think will take him about 15-20 minutes, it is really not easy for him as one of his leg was amputated.

I still remembered when me and my sister first started to collect the empty cans for him, he actually felt bad about it and expressed his gratitude by buying us tissue papers. I was thinking... he doesn't earn much from selling the empty cans and yet he is willing to spend that few dollars to buy tissue papers for us, which made me felt really bad about it. I've told him subsequently not to buy anything for us because we really did nothing much...

I've seen this uncle approaching customers for empty cans, but there are some who are simply not sympathetic at all, which makes me feel that human beings can be very ugly at times.

So if you've seen him next time and happens to have an empty can with you, bring it to him and I'm sure it'll warm his heart --- at least he knows he is being cared and concern for.

其实那天并不是特别穿成这样去拍照的。刚好那天出席了侄女的婚礼，而之后朋友又临时相约出去（而我当下根本就不知道他是要出外拍照）。。。当我穿梭在人群中时，我顿时觉得自己是个怪胎，真的是好好笑。而我那双高跟鞋更是折腾我一整天。。。

不过还好啦，先苦后甜，我超喜欢这些照片。。。

老爸，生日快乐！

昨天是卫塞节，也是父亲的八十七岁大寿。。。 所有的家人都为他庆祝这特别的日子，真是好不热闹！
