Hi Kat, Just sharing some thoughts....I survive daily on lots of vegetables, fruits & salad. Only 1 main meal a day together with vitamin supplements and lots of water. Go to the gym at least once a week. I recently started "brisk walking" with my husband. Seems quite a good way to keep fit/slim. Cheers! Happy exercising...Take care Jen

That's not one of my main meal, I usually will eat those fruits in the afternoon...

因为三餐都在外头解决,所以一定要多吃蔬菜和水果来保持健康. 我的皮肤只能算ok啦,并没你想象的那么好...
